Such information shall be utilized only for the purpose for which Live Accomplished was created, which is to facilitate the billing and collection process for electronic billing of customers and clients.

Although Live Accomplished utilizes the highest reasonable levels of data security in the industry, we cannon guarantee the security of PII or other information provided to us. By using our Website, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Website at your own risk.

Sharing Personal information

Live Accomplished will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others. Live Accomplished LLC Does Not Store Your Credit Card Details

If you choose to pay for Service by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by our staff.

Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by our payment providers (either Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to enable us to automatically bill your credit card on a recurring basis (where this is explicitly agreed).

Refunds

Unless otherwise stipulated, there are no refunds for products or services of Live Accomplished LLC / Parentpreneur Accelerator and all sales are considered final.

To be eligible for a refund if a refund policy is included in an offer, you must submit a request to our support team and include the product name and reason for requesting a refund.

No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments and will not be eligible for a refund.

*Note: All refunds are discretionary. If you just download the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request and block you from all future purchases.

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

Should you request a refund, please supply written notice of said request (Email is acceptable) to sales@parentpreneur.com.

Please understand that there will be no consideration or authorization for a refund without meeting the requirements and conditions outlined above and all cancellations and refunds must be authorized by Live Accomplished LLC.

Upon approval of your refund request, payments made under this written contract of sale will be refunded within 14 business days.

It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business-related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of such notice on our website, as determined by Live Accomplished in its sole discretion.
